Spent my New Year's Eve at a hotel near the Impact Arena and it was worth it. The hotel had an amazing restaurant with a wide range of dishes for a reasonable price! Staff was friendly and always willing to help. Location was great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby stores. The hotel was always quiet and peaceful.

The hotel could use more facilities, such as a swimming pool or a gym. The breakfast options were limited and repetitive.

Lack of English language amonst the staff which appeared to make them reluctant to approach 'farangs'. Walked out of breakfast after 45minutes as nobody would approach to take an order. Thais were being served.

The rooms were spacious with large balconies which I like. The staff were very friendly and helpful but not over the top. Breakfast was tasty.

The hotel is located on a main road, making it very convenient for getting taxis and accessing nearby amenities such as Tesco Lotus and 7-11. it is not far from the Impact Arena and the traffic in the area is manageable. the rooms are generally clean and spacious with double beds and decent bathrooms. Some rooms may have issues with air conditioning, but the staff are accommodating and willing to move guests to another room if necessary.

The breakfast options at the hotel lack variety and can become repetitive after a few days.

Disappointment the minute we step into lobby and depressing everyday when return to hotel. Very run down, no food stalls or convenience shop nearby. Staff did no even smile or greet us when we smiled at then while going out or coming back. Near Impact Arena if you are going there for business but very far from town. After adding the transportation fee to town for food and necessities, might as well pay less to stay in a better place in town and pay transportation to get to Impact Arena for work. Very disappointing and depressing. Cheap but not worth it!!

I gave the taxi driver the contact number provided by your booking print-out but the number provided by you was their central reservations at a ditterent hotel, which the taxi driver took us to. The manager fixed this by provideing free transport to the airport next day.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities provided everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to the nearby Nearest Chatuchak Market and MRT station.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Impact Arena and the staff is exceptionally helpful and accommodating, providing useful information about transportation and giving great recommendations about dining options nearby. the rooms are very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.

The breakfast options are rather limited, and the lack of variety can be disappointing staying multiple nights. there is no bellboy service, and guests may find themselves struggling to carry their luggage to their rooms, which can be inconvenient and tiring.
